Join Chef Michael Chiarello on July 22nd for the hottest summer party in the Napa Valley.
For the third consecutive year he’s hosting his annual summer BBQ: Ribs and Zin. Southern is Southern…so come enjoy the party as he puts his southern Italian twist on a traditional southern American BBQ. He and his team have put together a food and wine pairing that you won’t want to miss.
The evening will kick off on the ott¡mo terrazzo with some antipasti…followed by “Todd’s” slaw and panzanella salad with heirloom tomatoes. We’ll follow that with the main stars of the evening…a grilled Calabrian chicken alla mattone and zinfandel pomace milanese rubbed baby back ribs in an espresso agrodolce…magnifico! To finish off the evening, dessert will include my decadent olio d’oliva torta!
